Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Clothing Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating seamless prints, designing stylish patterns, and preparing print-ready artwork. Expertise in CLO 3D, Photoshop, and Canva is essential for this role. You will collaborate closely with the design and production teams to develop unique designs that align with brand aesthetics and meet technical specifications for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seamless Print Design:
  • Create visually striking, seamless prints and patterns for a variety of clothing, ensuring that designs are versatile and production-ready.
• Clothing Illustrations:
  • Design unique and trend-driven graphics for various clothing types such as t-shirts, hoodies, and activewear.
• CLO 3D Design:
  • Develop 3D garment models using CLO 3D to visualize designs in a realistic and accurate manner, ensuring proper fit, fabric simulation, and print placement.
• Print-Ready Artwork:
  • Design and export high-quality, print-ready artwork, including color separations and ensuring correct file formats, resolutions, and specifications for screen or digital printing processes.
• Brand and Trend Alignment:
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure all designs align with brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet production timelines.
• Concept Development:
  • Create mood boards, design concepts, and presentations for new collections or product lines based on market trends and brand direction.
• Digital Content Creation:
  • Design digital assets for marketing (e.g., social media posts, website banners, email campaigns) using tools like Canva.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Ensure all designs are meticulously created and checked for consistency, flexibility, and accuracy before submission for production.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a clothing visual designer or in a similar design role within the fashion or retail industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CLO 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Portfolio:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing seamless prints, original graphic designs for clothing, and examples of print-ready artwork.
• Seamless Print Expertise:
  • Proven ability to design seamless patterns and prints that work across various types of clothing and fabric materials.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Excellent attention to detail, focusing on creating precise, print-ready designs that meet technical requirements.
• Creative and Trend-Savvy:
  • Strong understanding of current fashion trends, color theory, and design principles in clothing design.
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to troubleshoot design issues and offer creative solutions to meet production requirements.
• Time Management:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other design tools like Illustrator or InDesign.
• Knowledge of fabric printing techniques and understanding of fabric types and their properties.
• Familiarity with garment production processes and print production workflows.

• Location Requirement:
  • Willing to commute or relocate to Undri, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred).
