Social Media & Content Designer

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling, design, and digital engagement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven environment? RAW Interior Design is looking for a Social Media Manager, Content Creator & Graphic Designer to take our brand presence to the next level!

If you have an eye for aesthetics, a knack for engaging content, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling narratives, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow and engage our audience
Create high-quality visual and written content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
Design branded graphics, marketing materials, and digital assets (for social media, website, presentations, etc.)
Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and track performance analytics
Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content, project highlights, and client stories
Research and implement trends in interior design, digital marketing, and social engagement
Collaborate with designers and leadership to ensure brand consistency

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva & Figma
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
Strong storytelling & copywriting skills
Passion for interior design, architecture, and aesthetics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics
Photography & videography skills are a plus!
