What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packaging Design: Conceptualize and create eye-catching, brand-aligned packaging for new product lines.

• Social Media Creatives: Design engaging, scroll-stopping visuals for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

• Visual Assets: Develop banners (both digital and physical), trade fair backdrops, display panels, and promotional materials.

• Brand Cohesion: Ensure consistency and elevate the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to translate briefs into impactful designs.

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with printers and vendors for packaging and large-format print production, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, with a strong focus on packaging, branding, and digital content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

• A diverse portfolio that showcases design versatility, including packaging, social media visuals, and banners.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production processes.

• Experience working with lifestyle, FMCG, or product-based brands is a huge plus.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• A keen eye for detail, originality, and brand storytelling.

Nice to Have:

• Animation/motion design skills for reels or digital ads.

• Experience designing for trade fairs or experiential marketing setups.

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar collaborative tools.
