Role Overview:

1000 Miles Limited is looking for a highly motivated and talented Product Graphic Designer to join our Design team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who understands trends, product markets, and consumer expectations. You will work closely with our Brand Managers to create innovative and market-driven designs for our product collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Analysis: Analyze the fashion market and identify trends and consumer preferences to ensure designs are aligned with market needs.

• Design Development: Develop mood boards and graphic direction for collections, collaborating with the team to create innovative product ranges.

• Artwork Creation: Design artwork that can be translated into product prints/graphics and contribute to packaging print/graphic designs aimed at boosting sales.

• Collaboration: Work with teams in China and the Philippines to meet global customer needs and ensure design and styling requirements are met.

• Prototyping: Work with different materials and create prototypes when required to test product designs.

• E-catalogs & Website Design: Create e-catalogs for collections and contribute to graphic design for websites and marketing campaigns.

• Deadlines: Adhere to the project calendar deadlines and execute tasks within the given timeline constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Design graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Design.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Creative Skills: Strong sense of color, creativity, and graphical talent. Illustration and typographic skills are a plus.

• Experience: 2 years of graphic design experience is preferred.

• Material Knowledge: Familiarity with materials and costing is a plus.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collaborative efforts.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on clear and effective presentation.

• Flexibility & Organization: Ability to work under pressure while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
