Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to collaborate with a dynamic team in developing high-quality designs for a variety of materials including web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, newsletters, and more. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand identity and creating visually appealing content for the company and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration & Strategy: Work with multiple team members to brainstorm and strategize on a variety of materials.

• Design Execution: Translate strategic direction into high-quality design while maintaining brand consistency.

• Concept Development: Use software to create original content, choosing the ideal color, text, fonts, images, and layout.

• Content Management: Manage the design and uploading process using content management systems (CMS) while ensuring best practices.

• Trend Analysis: Apply knowledge of current market trends to create relevant and appealing designs.

• Project Management: Work on a wide range of projects and media, meeting business goals and deadlines.

• Process Improvement: Identify flaws in existing processes and propose solutions to enhance design capabilities.

• Database Maintenance: Maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience with design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.

• Creativity: Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Continuous Learning: A desire to continue building your skills with education and training.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 2-6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative or marketing agency.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline.

• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.

• Web Experience: Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.

• Photography Skills: Experience in photography and proficiency in photo-editing software.
