(www.promilo.com) JOB SUMMARY Promilo is seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain practical experience in graphic design and contribute to real-world projects. The Graphic Designer Intern will work closely with experienced designers and mentors, learning valuable skills and techniques while supporting various design initiatives for the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in the development of creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials, under the guidance of senior designers and mentors. • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, contributing ideas and solutions to design challenges. • Create visual assets such as social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements, adhering to brand guidelines and standards. • Learn and apply design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables. • Support the production and execution of design projects, including image editing, file preparation, and asset management. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to expand knowledge and skills in graphic design. • Assist in maintaining organized files and documentation, ensuring efficient workflow and project management. • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques, actively contributing ideas and feedback. QUALIFICATIONS • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. • Passion for design and creativity, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of graphic design. • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred but not required. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work within deadlines. • Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools. • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
