Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can transform conceptual ideas into visual representations for both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in all aspects of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams, and the designer should be able to interpret written or spoken ideas into designs that resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infographics & Designs:

  • Create infographics, static images, and GIFs regularly.

  • Have a strong understanding and experience in Govt./Development/NGO communication.

• Graphic Design Creation:

  • Develop a wide range of graphics, including product illustrations, company logos, website designs, etc.

• Concept Illustration:

  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangements, size, type size, and style, and submit them for approval.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline.

2. Design Skills:

   • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

   • Proficiency in design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Adobe After Effects (1-2 years of experience required).

3. Experience:

   • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.

4. Communication Skills:

   • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Organizational Skills:

   • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
