???? Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment is mandatory.

• Source and screen candidates through platforms like Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job boards.

• Build and maintain a strong vendor, client, and candidate network.

• Ensure qualified candidates are submitted as per client requirements.

• Perform initial phone screenings and maintain regular follow-ups until interviews are scheduled.

• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

• Maintain a high placement success rate through effective sourcing and communication.

????️ Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven experience working US EST night shifts.

• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
