Job Description

We are looking for a Process Executive - HC with 1 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate must have strong MS Excel skills and experience in Provider and Payer processes. This role requires proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and the ability to handle healthcare-related tasks with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Data Entry & Analysis – Use MS Excel to enter, analyze, and maintain healthcare-related data.
✔ Accuracy & Compliance – Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes.
✔ Collaboration – Work with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
✔ Healthcare Operations – Handle Provider & Payer tasks with attention to detail.
✔ Reporting & Monitoring – Track key performance indicators and escalate issues when necessary.
✔ Process Enhancement – Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on industry best practices.
✔ Training & Development – Attend training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed on healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required

✅ 1-2 years of experience in healthcare process management (Provider & Payer domain).
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel – Data entry, analysis, and reporting.
✅ Excellent English skills (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
✅ Effective communication & problem-solving skills.
✅ Proactive approach to process improvement.

Preferred Certifications
