Tusthi Executive Access & Consultants is hiring Recruiters / Senior Recruiters with experience in Non-IT Recruitment. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, client handling, and sourcing for middle to senior-level positions (15 LPA - 80 LPA).

???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source candidates using hunting, mapping, references, mass mailing, and cold calling.
• Specialize in middle to senior-level hiring (Manager & above level – 15 LPA To 80 LPA).

✅ Industry-Specific Hiring

• Focus on Non-IT domains:
  • Packaging (Flexible, Film & Others)
  • Paper, Automobile, Cargo & Logistics, Pharma, Chemicals, and more.

✅ Client & Candidate Management

• Engage with clients and handle recruitment requirements efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates.

???? Requirements & Skills

✔ 2-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (C2H & Permanent Hiring).
✔ Consulting experience in Non-IT industries preferred.
✔ Strong skills in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
✔ Excellent communication & client-handling abilities.
