Dream Cadd is seeking a talented Photoshop Designer to join their team. As a Photoshop Designer, you will create visually compelling graphics, retouch images, and develop design assets that align with brand guidelines. You will collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals for both digital and print media, enhancing marketing campaigns and the brand’s visual identity across various platforms.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Designer to craft engaging visuals, edit images, and support branding efforts. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the ability to produce high-quality graphics for digital content, marketing materials, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Mentorship:
  Deliver structured training sessions on Photoshop to students, both in the classroom and through virtual platforms.

• Course Content Creation:
  Create and update training materials, course content, and presentations to ensure they are current and relevant with industry standards.

• Practical Learning:
  Conduct hands-on exercises to reinforce learning and enhance students' software skills.

• Student Evaluation:
  Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.

• Student Support:
  Provide individual assistance to students and address queries to ensure comprehensive understanding.

• Stay Updated:
  Keep updated with the latest developments in Photoshop to integrate new techniques and tools into training programs.

• Workshops & Webinars:
  Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning events to enhance the learning experience for students.

• Collaborate:
  Work with other trainers and staff to improve course offerings and student outcomes.

• Feedback:
  Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest areas for improvement.

• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design and editing skills.

• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Attention to detail and creativity.

• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.

• Familiarity with other Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in Photoshop.

• Experience with other software tools like MAYA, Canva, or Luminar Neo.

• Experience in online teaching or using virtual learning platforms is a plus.
