Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to lead and manage the operations of multiple retail pharmacy outlets. This leadership role requires a strong operational background, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of retail pharmacy functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets.

• Ensure adherence to company standards and SOPs.

• Lead, mentor, and guide store managers and their teams to achieve sales and operational goals.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and ensure supply chain efficiency.

• Analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and implement performance-boosting strategies.

• Conduct regular site visits for performance evaluation and support.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance team productivity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail pharmacy management, preferably overseeing multiple outlets.

• Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.

• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
