Role: Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at Progenesis, you will be responsible for medication dispensing, patient interaction, documentation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

???? Patient Interaction & Prescription Handling

• Greet patients and assist them in understanding their prescriptions.
• Verify the dosage and medication details before dispensing.
• Process payments via cash, card, or online transactions.
• Enroll patient details in Med-Vision Pharma software.

???? Medication Dispensing & Billing

• Retrieve and cross-check medicines with the bill receipt (quantity, MRP, etc.).
• Properly pack medicines, especially cold chain medications using ice packs.
• Calculate dosages to ensure accurate dispensing.
• Stamp prescriptions for ET1 & ET2 medications and maintain records.

???? Daily Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily tracking reports for ET1 & ET2 patients.
• Update and manage Google Sheets for medication tracking.
• Record hospital injection inventory in Excel (opening & closing stock).
• Generate and submit the daily sales report in Med-Vision.
• Collect and count daily cash, ensuring accurate reconciliation and submission.

???? Inventory & Compliance

• Conduct Praxin report updates and communicate findings to the Pharma group.
• Obtain authorized signatures on the injection tracking report (Consultants, RMO, Nurses, Center Head).
• Maintain an organized injection file.

Job Requirements

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Administration.

✔️ Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

✔️ Languages:

• Marathi (Mandatory)
• Hindi & English (Preferred)

✔️ Other Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Must be available for night shifts.
