We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Senior Manager of Pharmacovigilance to oversee drug safety operations across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. This role requires deep regulatory knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for patient safety.
Oversee all pharmacovigilance activities in compliance with local and global regulations.
Manage collection, analysis, and reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and safety data.
Develop and implement pharmacovigilance procedures and standard practices.
Lead and mentor a team of pharmacovigilance professionals across regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, and quality.
Prepare and submit Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) and other safety documents.
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
Stay updated on evolving pharmacovigilance regulations in the covered geographies.
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
5–7 years of pharmacovigilance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Leadership experience with proven team management skills.
Proficient in pharmacovigilance databases and software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-border environment.
Experience handling multi-country pharmacovigilance operations.
Certification in pharmacovigilance or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines effectively.
