Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. You will oversee platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others, ensuring seamless operations, enhanced customer experience, and consistent sales growth. Reporting directly to the E-commerce Manager, this role is integral to our digital sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance customer engagement.

• Manage daily operations including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, IT, and product—to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions.

• Optimize online store UX (navigation, mobile responsiveness, search functionality).

• Maintain vendor relationships (e.g., logistics partners, payment gateways, marketplace platforms).

• Leverage sales and customer behavior data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify.

• Knowledge of product listing, description optimization, and competitive pricing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
