Job Title: Business Growth Manager – E-Commerce

Role Overview:

As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for defining strategy and driving business growth across multiple categories. The role involves collaborating with clients, managing product listings, and optimizing business performance across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategy and drive business growth for clients across categories.

• Manage cataloging, merchandising, product assortment, and brand store improvements.

• Coordinate with clients on product pricing, inventory, promotions, and provide actionable insights from weekly competition analysis.

• Responsible for P&L management, focusing on key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Margins, etc.).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to define and prioritize category-specific strategies and campaigns (SEM, e-mailer, affiliate marketing).

• Engage with category heads/SPOCs at marketplaces like Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, and Amazon.

• Plan client-specific promotions and ideate new features to improve user experience.

• Onboard clients to e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc.

• Provide client servicing, manage product listings, and optimize listings across marketplaces.

• Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or business growth roles.

• Skills:

  • Strong client servicing experience.

  • Knowledge of product listings, promotions, and marketplace management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month.

• Schedule: Day shift.
