We are an eCommerce Online Marketing agency specializing in Performance Marketing (Paid online advertising on Facebook & Google). We are currently seeking a Performance Marketer to manage our eCommerce clients and drive solid results, focusing on end conversions.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience within the eCommerce space

• ROAS Case Studies

• Expert knowledge of testing strategies

• Advanced scaling methods

• Proof of performance within your Business Manager (BM)

• Excellent work ethic

By nature, the candidate should be:

• A self-driven, self-motivated individual

• Capable of driving results and independently coordinating with clients

• Confident in managing campaigns and working directly with the director of the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign setup on platforms like Google and Facebook

• Creation and optimization of ads, including ad copy

• Campaign testing and optimization

• Audience management and research

• Re-marketing

• Monthly performance reporting to clients and the director

Experience Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid online advertising

Joining Terms:

• Initially, you will work on a virtual assistance basis for the first 3 months

• You can continue your current work while collaborating remotely with us during this period

• After 3 months, if we establish a strong working relationship, we may offer you a full-time position

Compensation:
