Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates for various roles, including software developers, system administrators, data analysts, and more.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and company culture.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills, career aspirations, and suitability for roles.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain top IT talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring practices.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Excellent understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in remote or freelance recruitment.
• Certifications in recruitment or HR management (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
• Strong networking skills with a solid database of IT professionals.
