Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates for various roles such as software engineers, system administrators, data analysts, and more.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, technical requirements, and company culture.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical and soft skills, career aspirations, and overall suitability for roles.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals for current and future recruitment needs.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies to attract and retain top IT talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, legal requirements, and diversity hiring practices.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams regarding recruitment progress and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in remote or freelance recruitment.
• Certifications in recruitment or HR management (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
• Strong networking skills with an established database of IT professionals.
