About the Role:

Kerala Travels, a leading Travel & Tourism firm, is hiring Airline Reservation Executives for their Trivandrum office. The role involves flight booking, customer support, and handling reservations, ensuring a smooth experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Flight Reservations & Booking

• Assist customers in booking flights and making necessary changes.

• Manage flight schedules, fares, and airline regulations.

• Use airline reservation systems (Galileo preferred) to handle bookings efficiently.

✔ Customer Support & Service

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about flight options and help customers make informed decisions.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve booking-related issues.

✔ Ticketing & Payments

• Ensure all reservations and payments are accurately entered into the system.

• Process booking changes, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.

✔ Airport & Travel Assistance

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures at the airport.

• Keep customers updated on flight status and schedule changes.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

???? Education & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing or reservations.

• IATA Certification is required (Fresh graduates with IATA certification may apply).

???? Skills & Qualities:

• Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (Galileo preferred).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to relocate or reliably commute to Trivandrum before joining.
