Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Voice & Email Support)

Location: Airoli (Mindspace), Navi Mumbai
Shift: US Shift | Rotational | Night Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Salary: ₹20,968.97 – ₹32,620.72 per month
Total Package: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
In-hand Salary: ₹32,000 + ₹5,000 (Performance-based incentives)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service – BPO

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level mandatory)

• Not Eligible:

  • MBA, BTech, BCA, BSc IT/CS, BE, MTech, MCA, CA

Job Requirements:

• 5 days working with any 2 rotational week-offs

• Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts

• Must reside within transport boundaries

• Immediate joiners preferred

• IATA certification or airline ticketing experience is a plus
