Mountains Chain Travel Private Limited is a leading travel agency specializing in fixed departures, domestic, and international tour packages. We are looking for a Travel Reservation Executive/Manager to handle client bookings, reservations, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Interaction & Bookings

• Handle travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Book flights, hotels, and tour packages as per client requirements.

• Manage fixed departures and last-minute reservations.

✔ Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Negotiate and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bulk rates.

• Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.

✔ Customer Support & Problem Resolution

• Assist clients with cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer preferences.

✔ Industry Awareness

• Stay updated with travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements

???? Education & Experience:

• Prior experience in travel reservations, ticketing, or tour management is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

???? Skills & Qualities:

• Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• Good knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations.
