Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in inspection and certification services.

• Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from our service portfolio.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain a well-organized database of leads and clients using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote FSATO’s services.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (technical background is a plus).

• 0–1 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in inspection, testing, or certification is preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Willingness to travel within India as required.
