About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the North Zone. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or electrosurgical devices, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets

• Identify potential customers and generate leads

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Present and promote products/services effectively

• Negotiate and close sales deals

• Prepare and submit timely sales reports

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials

• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries via phone, email, post, and personal visits

• Give product demonstrations when required

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• Experience: 2–5 years in medical device or electrosurgical product sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Knowledge of the Amritsar market is a plus
