The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong phone etiquette, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive company image.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer service experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer skills is essential.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to analyze situations quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
