We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for our Airline Ticketing Process team. If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with clients and has an interest in the travel and aviation industry, this is your chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment.

You will get the opportunity to learn Airline routes, Amadeus (GDS), and much more — while helping customers with their ticketing and travel needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Communicate with US-based customers.
● Understand client requirements and assist in booking airline tickets.
● Learn and use tools like Amadeus for ticketing and reservations.
● Provide information on airline routes, fares, and schedules.
● Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Who Can Apply:

• Fresh graduates with excellent spoken English skills.
• 12th pass candidates with 6 months to 1 year of calling experience (BPO, telesales, or customer service).
• Anyone with strong communication skills who is currently pursuing college through distance or online learning.
• A genuine interest in the travel or aviation industry and a passion for working with clients.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (US time zone).

Note: The training period will span 1 months, during which a stipend of ₹10,000 per month will be provided. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be offered a CTC of ₹22,000 per month.
