Job Overview:

We are hiring Career Advisors who are proactive, empathetic, and passionate about supporting working professionals in their learning and career journeys. You will play a key role in guiding individuals to select the right courses/programs, tailored to their career goals, while meeting sales targets. This is a tele-sales role with only qualified leads (no cold calling).

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days working

• 1st and 3rd Saturdays are off; other Saturdays are working days

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets consistently

• Counsel prospective participants on career and education options

• Assist candidates in choosing the most suitable programs/courses

• Maintain regular communication with participants and follow-up

• Ensure a positive enrollment experience for every participant

• Keep records of participant status, feedback, and progress

• Provide accurate course information and help set educational goals

• Work collaboratively with the team for process improvement and participant success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)

• Comfortable making outbound calls to qualified leads

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to confidently speak with senior executives

• Basic knowledge of computers and LMS platforms

• Prior experience in counseling, education, training, or career guidance is a plus

• Passion for helping others grow in their careers
