Why We Need You:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be essential to converting incoming leads into paying customers. You will manage customer communications, answer queries, and help ensure Kurtains reaches its monthly sales targets. Your focus will be on handling inbound communication, primarily via calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media

• Convert inbound leads into sales with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain SLAs when handling support tickets and calls

• Follow up on leads to retain customer interest and drive conversions

• Recommend products that align with customer needs

• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously

Requirements:

• 1+ year of telesales or sales experience

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Persuasive without being pushy—able to build trust and close deals

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus
