Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
2. Communication Skills: Handle calls and emails efficiently, using excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Inquiry Resolution: Assist customers with their inquiries and offer solutions to their concerns.
4. Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients have a positive experience and follow up if necessary.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
2. Skills:
   • Proficiency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written communication)
3. Education:
   • Graduation or undergraduates from any field are eligible.
4. Work Area: In-person, office-based

  • Voice process: ₹24,000 CTC
