Role Overview

We are hiring Digital Ad Sales professionals at different levels (Asst. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager) to drive online ad sales and build strong relationships with media clients and agencies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in B2B digital advertising, client acquisition, and media sales.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Sell online ad space effectively
✔ Build and maintain relationships with media clients & agencies
✔ Aggressively chase and achieve sales targets
✔ Identify, research, and target potential business prospects
✔ Work closely with clients to increase market share
✔ Manage the sales pipeline proactively
✔ Acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
✔ Stay updated on market trends and digital advertising

Required Skills & Experience

???? 2+ years of experience in Digital Ad Sales (Online Media Sales)
???? Ability to handle 4+ client meetings per day
???? Strong B2B advertising knowledge
???? Familiarity with digital ad metrics like CPL, CPM, CPI, etc.
???? Media experience is a must
