Role Overview

As an E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive, you will work on US-based marketplaces, assisting in eCommerce growth strategies. This includes operations across marketplaces, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate campaigns, and paid ads. You will play a critical role in optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize eCommerce marketing campaigns (own site, marketplaces, email, SMS, social media, etc.).

• Manage product listings and daily operations on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, and Costco.

• Set up and manage paid ads on Amazon, Walmart, and Google Shopping.

• Handle marketing across eCommerce, social, and digital platforms.

• Build and manage social media strategies and execution plans.

• Maintain creatives and landing pages to ensure consistent brand experience.

• Conduct QA of site assets, promotions, and content accuracy.

• Provide insights and reports on KPIs and product performance.

• Occasionally participate in US timezone team meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)

• Prior experience or familiarity with online retail, eCommerce ads, or digital marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon/Walmart seller tools and ad platforms.

• Experience with Google Analytics, UX tools, and Adobe products.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Critical thinking, creativity, and ability to work independently.

• Experience in asynchronous work culture is a bonus.
