Job Description:

We are hiring Sales Executives for a reputed Life Insurance Company in Chandigarh. The position is open for both fresher and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide Agents/IM under your hierarchy for life insurance business.

• Ensure the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agents/IM.

• Be vicariously responsible for all actions (both omissions and commissions) by your team.

• Recruit, train, and manage Advisors/Agents.

• Motivate Advisors to improve their understanding of the market and products.

• Monitor and review the performance of Agents, helping them achieve business goals.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers to meet service standards.

• Execute sales strategies to expand market reach and penetration through segmentation.

• Seek new customers and drive sales growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (10+2+3) / Post Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience: 0 to 7 years in a sales development role (preferably in Life Insurance or similar industries).

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Sales experience (preferably in insurance, agency channel, or distributor sales)

  • Ability to recruit and train agents

  • Experience in lead generation

• Preference: Local candidates with knowledge of the market.

Salary Details:

• ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,25,000 per annum based on experience.
