???? Role Overview:

The OE/Sr. OE will be responsible for the operations within the assigned service areas of the branch. The role includes ensuring technician readiness, compliance with service SOPs, resolving customer complaints, and driving productivity and service quality for Residential, SME, and SA clients.

????️ Key Responsibilities:

???? Core Operations

• Ensure availability of trained & certified technicians as per guidelines

• Conduct 10-minute daily stand-ups; brief technicians on safety and instructions

• Coach technicians on service SOPs and customer handling

• Ensure tools, materials, and preparation meet SOP standards

• Troubleshoot SCP device issues and train technicians on updates

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in 'Partner Kit' and myRentokil

• Ensure compliance with SHE, ATEX, PINK Note, and other SOPs

• Conduct 15+ customer visits per week (surprise visits, route rides, pest audits)

• Monitor standard treatment times and route efficiency

• Authorize technician conveyance and monitor grooming standards

???? Advanced Operations

• Conduct PMI pest audits (QSRs & small branches)

• Plan & execute TPA (Technician Performance Assessments)

• Identify service issues and collaborate for resolutions

• Handle and analyze customer complaints, retrain technicians as needed

• Ensure audit compliance and resolve service-related non-conformities

• Monitor and optimize material consumption; manage stock levels

• Drive technician productivity and input cost efficiency

• Perform pest inspections using iCAB and rAuditor tools

• Track service & product leads, promote sales density

• Manage technician leave schedules, grievances, and IR issues

• Identify service delivery deviations (overcommitments, additional visits, etc.)

• Stay updated on innovations, SOPs, SHE guidelines, and complete self-learning modules

???? Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• 100% PMI audits completed (QSRs & small branches)

• Material consumption aligned with AoP targets

• 100% completion of TPA and technician development plans

• Fewer than 3 customer complaints per technician/month

• 100% technician qualification as per L1 & L2 training timelines

• 90%+ score in self-learning assessments

???? Educational Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture

• Preferred: Experience in pest management or service industry

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with internal systems (iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, TPA, myRentokilPCI, etc.)
