Job Title: Senior Manager – Digital Ad Sales

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Managers to join our Digital Sales team at Tripoto – a leading travel platform with a premium audience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in digital ad sales, especially content marketing and native advertising. The role is entrepreneurial and comes with a high degree of autonomy within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with Digital Ad Agencies and Ad Networks.

• Develop direct relationships with clients in the tourism industry: Tourism Boards, Airlines, Hotels, Holiday Brands, etc.

• Collaborate with internal teams (content, video, design) to strategize and execute engaging ad campaigns.

• Leverage expertise in Online Display Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate the value of Tripoto’s advertising capabilities.

• Acquire new accounts and expand revenue from existing clients.

• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and close deals efficiently.

• Drive sales for content marketing, social media campaigns, and native advertising.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales.

• Proven track record in selling content marketing and social media campaigns.

• Strong network of contacts within digital advertising agencies.

• Industry connections in travel and tourism are a strong plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with a flat hierarchy.

• Passion for travel, creativity, and innovation in digital media.
