Position: Presales Executive

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Remote Presales Executive to join our dynamic team and support operations in the UAE. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in company formation in the UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition to our business consultants, all while maintaining a robust and efficient presales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels

• Evaluate client requirements (business setup type: Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)

• Assess budget and timelines

• Categorize leads as hot, warm, or cold to prioritize follow-ups

2. CRM Management & Lead Assignment

• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM

• Assign leads to appropriate sales advisors based on services and availability

• Monitor CRM for up-to-date prospect tracking

3. Remote Coordination

• Ensure timely communication with UAE-based teams

• Support client onboarding processes from India

• Assist sales, operations, and client relations teams as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in presales, lead qualification, or customer support

• Excellent verbal and written English communication

• Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual work environments

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Work Requirements

• Fully remote role – open to any location within India

• Stable internet connection and dedicated workspace are essential
