Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month

• Shift: Night Shift

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Work Location: Remote (Kolkata, West Bengal applicants preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Doctor’s Assistant to join our remote team. This position involves providing administrative and clinical support to physicians in the U.S., ensuring patients receive timely and accurate care. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for helping others, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals and document medical history and chief complaints

• Schedule patient appointments and follow up on test results

• Communicate medication instructions and address patient concerns

• Handle onboarding and registration of new patients

• Maintain and update accurate patient records in electronic health systems

• Provide administrative support to doctors as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process (preferably in healthcare)

• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Required)
