Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with solid experience in real estate underwriting and presentation development. You will be responsible for evaluating real estate investment opportunities and crafting investor-ready presentations using predesigned PowerPoint templates.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Real Estate Underwriting:

• Analyze commercial & residential real estate investment opportunities

• Conduct financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments

• Review market research, property appraisals, and financial statements

• Assess loan structures, property valuations, and debt-service coverage

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic underwriting recommendations

???? Presentation Creation:

• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for investors & clients

• Ensure data accuracy, clear messaging, and a strong visual appeal

• Integrate financial data, charts, and insights into slides

• Maintain consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all presentation decks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate underwriting

• Proficiency in Excel for analysis & PowerPoint for presentations

• Deep understanding of real estate market trends and investment principles

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with a real estate investment firm, private equity, or lending institution
