Job Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Store Client Relationship Leader (CRE) to join our team in Bandra. The role requires excellent customer interaction and consultative selling skills to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling:
  • Assist clients energetically in finding the right products, while recommending items based on their needs and profile.
  • Describe product features and benefits enthusiastically, helping customers make informed buying decisions.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest add-ons or additional products.
  • Propose upsell or cross-sell products that are relevant to the customer's purchase.
  • Inform customers about available payment options, promotions, and store offers.

• Self-Centered Spirit:
  • Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate high standards of attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Follow grooming guidelines and uniform protocols.
  • Set an example of integrity and professionalism in all actions.

Salary Range:

• Max Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 (in-hand, depending on prior experience)

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (Required)

Work Area:

• In-person at the store
