Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹38,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Recommend products by staying informed about available items and promotions

• Answer customer queries, direct them to merchandise, and escort them through the store

• Maintain customer records and handle billing and financial transactions

• Encourage repeat business by updating clients on upcoming sales and new arrivals

Inventory & Store Operations:

• Assist with inventory receiving, stocking, and tracking

• Alert management of security or store issues

• Collaborate with co-workers to meet individual and team sales goals

Administrative Support:

• Assign tasks and monitor workflow across team members

• Support store operations through report preparation and email communication

• Manage office supplies, coordinate travel, and handle expense reports

• Oversee IT and maintenance teams for seamless store functioning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Good command of MS Excel and report handling

• Strong listening skills and customer service focus

• Goal-driven, dependable, and energetic

• Ability to solve problems independently

• Background in Retail, FMCG, or F&B preferred

• Educational Qualification: B.Com or any graduate degree

• 2–3 years of experience in retail preferred (freshers welcome)

Schedule:

• 6 days/week

• 8.5-hour shifts

• Morning or afternoon shift options

• Rotational scheduling
