Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – Sneakers & Lifestyle Products

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹38,000 per month
Schedule: Morning Shift, Day Shift, Rotational Shift (6 days a week, 8.5-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent product knowledge and service.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Respond to queries, guide customers to product displays, and recommend suitable options.

• Create or update customer profiles and document sales.

• Promote loyalty programs and inform customers about upcoming sales or new arrivals.

Point of Sale & Inventory:

• Handle financial transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.

• Monitor and stock inventory, including receiving merchandise.

• Alert management about security issues or suspicious behavior.

Administrative Support:

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow of team members.

• Organize and assist with office documentation such as memos, reports, and travel bookings.

• Coordinate with IT and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com or Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: Fresher or 1+ year experience in Retail/FMCG/F&B preferred.

• Language: English (Required – verbal and written proficiency)

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel.
