• Support store opening and closing procedures

• Positively represent H&M and its values in every customer interaction

You’ll be part of a vibrant Store Team, working alongside Sales Advisors, Visual Merchandisers, Department Managers, and others. You’ll also connect with the broader Area Team, collaborating across locations to drive success together. Your efforts will help customers feel confident and stylish, making fashion accessible and sustainable.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in customer service (preferably in fashion or retail)

• A passion for fashion and customer service

• Strong communication skills

• A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn

• Flexibility and a proactive, action-oriented mindset
