Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Bulk Drug (API) segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a proven track record in both domestic and international API sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for APIs.

• Identify and build relationships with domestic and international clients.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.

• Handle pricing, negotiations, and closing of sales.

• Collaborate with production and regulatory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Participate in pharma trade shows and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry with an MBA in Marketing.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in bulk drug/API marketing.

• Strong network with pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals formulators.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.
