Technogiants Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our remote sales team for GetEasily, a mobile app and software solution designed to help shops streamline their processes. This fully remote role offers flexibility, a performance-based salary structure, and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding shops onto the GetEasily platform and helping them maximize its benefits.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Onboard a minimum of 10 shops per month to the GetEasily platform.
???? Utilize provided training and resources to identify and pursue new leads.
???? Engage with leads, nurture them through the sales process, and ensure successful onboarding.
???? Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress, strategies, and challenges.
???? Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure continued platform usage.

???? Target & Compensation Structure

???? Base Salary: ₹20,000/month (if target of 10 onboardings is met).
???? Partial Target: ₹10,000/month (if at least 5 shops are onboarded).
???? Bonus: ₹1,000 for every shop onboarded above the target.
???? Example:

• 15 shops onboarded → Total Salary = ₹25,000
• 12 shops onboarded → Total Salary = ₹22,000

???? Salary is credited by the first week of the next month.

????️ Requirements

✔ Laptop (Preferred, but not compulsory) – To access the company portal.
✔ Reliable Internet Connection – For seamless communication.
✔ Separate SIM Card – For company WhatsApp Business account.
✔ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
✔ Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
