Job Overview

We are seeking a highly persuasive Sales Executive with excellent international communication skills to connect with potential clients in Australia, engage effectively, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in Australia and pitch our services/products.

• Consultative Selling:

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative selling.

• Client Relationship:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to maximize conversion rates.

• Sales Tracking:

  • Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress.

• Target Achievement:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication strategies.

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in international sales).

  • Prior experience working with Australian clients is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Education:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
