Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, Source, and Secure Business: Develop both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities.

• New Business Development: Expand customer bases in line with the company’s sales strategy.

• Client Retention: Ensure customer expectations are met to maintain long-term relationships.

• Sales Activities: Manage day-to-day sales activities including proposals, service agreements, and prospecting.

• Support Service Team: Provide customer feedback to the service team to improve service delivery.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports as required by the management team.

• Debt Collection Support: Assist with collection of outstanding payments as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Teamwork: A supportive and collaborative team player.

• Transport: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
