Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This diversity-focused role (female candidates only) involves supporting our sales and outreach functions through direct communication, customer service, and marketing initiatives. You will help drive engagement, promote our training offerings, and support end-to-end sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales outreach and lead generation

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries

• Support sales management and administrative tasks

• Help coordinate and promote training programs

• Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports

• Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and social media initiatives

• Communicate with potential and existing clients to promote EXAGURU's offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles

• Ability to handle customer service and follow-ups professionally

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

• Basic understanding of Oracle technologies is a plus

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
