Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
Shift: Day Shift (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with clients and creating effective sales strategies.

• Customer Needs Analysis: Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using product knowledge.

• Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (or above)

• Experience: Relevant sales experience, preferably in sectors like Automobile Sales, Luxury Products, Educational Segment, Designer Products, Interiors & Decor, etc.

Desired Attributes:

• Strong convincing power, selling skills, and negotiation abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
