Role Overview:

As a Fitness Sales Manager, you will be responsible for educating clients on the benefits of Pilates and driving awareness of fitness programs. Your role will involve conducting fitness center tours, booking trials, and building strong connections with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in the fitness industry.

• Conduct fitness center tours for new clients and book trial sessions.

• Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and how it can enhance their fitness journey.

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

• Ensure high-quality service and assistance is provided to clients.

• Offer a variety of fitness programs tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Focus on revenue generation through excellent customer service and client follow-ups.

• Generate ideas for marketing campaigns to boost studio sales and awareness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare, fitness, or sports industry.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and their application in rehabilitation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and rehabilitation through Pilates.

Working Hours & Contract:

• Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week.

• Contract Duration: 2 years.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
