We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Lead to manage our sales operations within the healthcare sector. The role involves team leadership, relationship management with medical professionals, and coordination of patient referrals, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners.

• Oversee the end-to-end referral process to ensure seamless coordination for patients.

• Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Conduct sales training sessions to upskill team members and align strategies with business goals.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen outreach efforts and brand presence.

Compensation & Benefits:
