Job Summary:

As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will shape the data capabilities that drive Egencia’s success. You’ll partner with global stakeholders to define data needs across the product lifecycle, and your work will enable clients to gain actionable insights while empowering data scientists to deploy advanced machine learning models. Your role blends product leadership, technical insight, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and data needs

• Define and communicate product requirements, features, and functionality

• Partner across Product, Technology, and Operations teams to drive successful execution

• Lead product development from inception to deployment, ensuring measurable outcomes

• Act as a catalyst for change, influencing the broader organization and product vision

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and impact

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related fields

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in data-centric roles

• Experience in the travel industry, especially rail, is highly desirable

• At least 5 years of experience with travel agency connectivity products and services

• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and product support
